Sometimes when the weather is cold and miserable, there is nothing better than spending your time floating between the kitchen and the television. Today I made chocolate chip biscuits and chicken pot pies with filo pastry. Tomorrow I will make meat loaf and roast veggies for dinner and shepherds pie for dinner on Wednesday. I may also make a cake, just because I can.
I think I will spend the rest of the night reading the first Molly Makes magazine, which I download until I manage to get my hands on a hard copy. I have heard Magnation has them in stock but really, as if I needed an excuse to spend a couple of hours browsing their shelves!
